Excellent Places To Farm Gold in Is Nagrand and SMV

For some farming gold in World of Warcraft is the bane of many players lives, with the cost of new epic flying mounts over 5000 gold you are talking about some serious grinding time. Luckly in the World of Warcraft’s The Burning Crusade Expansion the new Outlands has a host of areas that can offer you a surprising amount of gold, if you have your wits about you that is.

The Market Prices at the auction house are alway fluctuating, two of the base products of gold grinding in the outlands almost double in value in the space of a few hours. This could leave you kicking yourself if you sold something only for it to appear at twice the price of what you put it on for in an hours time.

The auction house aren't the only way though, sometimes you can sell large amounts of something (10+ stacks) for near the auction house value and without the house taking its cut. It's always a good idea before selling anything on the auction house to advertise it in the trade channel for the price or maybe even a little more than you where going to put it on the auction house for. You may get a few annoying people offering you low amounts, just ignore them and stick to your guns, it may pay when someone wants to buy all you have for more than you were going to sell it for in the first place.

Netherweave Cloth.

This drops almost everywhere in the outlands, its price varies often, however on most servers it fluctuates between 4g and 10g, a good time to consider selling this on any server is between 7-8g, it might not be the best price you could get for it, but you wont lose precious gold in auction house deposits. For the best part is that there is always a demand for Netherweave Cloth, so you can almost always sell this in the trade channel. When picking up Netherweave Cloth I suggest you kill the Trolls in the Warmaul Compound in North West Nagrand, There are plenty of mobs there to kill and you generally get 1-3 pieces of netherweave per kill, plus you get some Warmaul Beads, which are excellent for getting your rep up with both Kurenai and the Consortium.

Sunfury Signets & Arcane Tomes

Both these drop them very regularly in Shadowmoon Valley, both go for large amounts in the auction house especially since scryers is currently an overplayed faction, so many more people are buying these over the Aldor. You can also pick up a lot of these grinding just west of the Scryer town in Shadowmoon Valley, between the two bridges there is a road heading south, there will be two paths, one has a huge amount of the blood elves in groups of three and close together that you need to kill, it might be easier to do this in a group of two or three, however if you are soloing take the path a little further on, towards Eclipse Point, there the blood elves are spread out, and not in groups. Not only will you pick up silver netherweave and the two Scryer hand ins for these but you will also notice a high drop rate of greens and even the occasional blue, all these can be sold on the auction house or even disenchanted.

How To Make Your Own Gold In World Of Warcraft

While this isn't going to make you rich in world of warcraft you will make enough to keep your character in the basic needs for enchants, repairs and the leveling of your profession. Also this will teach you how to earn your money without buying gold offline and risking your account to be terminated.

To earn your gold the fastest way possable is learn the mining profession. In the world of warcraft getting your mining profession up and selling the bars you make will bring in alot of gold. Especially if you are in the lower levels. A tip is don't get a profession that uses up your gold. You might wanna stay away from blacksmithing. You want your gold to sell to the other players in world of warcraft.

One other profession to consider is enchanting profession. That way when you find any greens or blues you can disenchant them to get enchantment materials from your useless soulbound rewards that are useless junk picked up in dungeons. Mean while the green shild you picked up in Blackfathom Depths won't bring you anything the strange dust you disenchant from it will. You will want to sell them on the Auction House because the deposits on enchanting materials are almost nothing so you can list them over and over. Also getting to know the prices on things you can buy from others and sell higher at the auction.

If your focusing on leveling at this stage don't buy low level blues and purples. If by chance you pick one up, then go ahead and equip it or better still sell it to some sucker. The best time to sell low level blues and purples is on the weekend. The suckers are the PvP twinks. For some reason the love the crap. In about 5 more levels the purple staff you bought will be useless and you'll be replacing it with a green and spend a fortune for it. Wait till 70 to get stars in your eyes. To get nifty blues run dungeons and get the rewards there. You'll have the benifit of free blues, greens to disenchant, money from the mobs and learning to play your character.

Once though you reach 70 quest as much as you can. For as you do each quest you'll earn more gold than at prior levels. If you should happen to reach the mythical 5200 gold required for an epic bird, you can make SO MUCH MONEY by doing quests like the Netherwing reputation line, where you do daily quests, earn reputation and get paid for doing it. You'll just need time to get there.

Also generally you farm your own mats for enchants your looking to pick up but just remember time is money. If your play time is limited what's your most financilly sound strategy in wow.

What is better 200g from questing or spend 2 hours farming 20g worth of motes of fire? Tip here is balance your time and money right you should have enough for what you need, but if you REALLY want better gold making advice is buy a gold making guide. It will boost your efforts and is money well spent. A guide will cut down on learning you'll have to do and thus give you more time to play and enjoy the game of world of warcraft.
