With the popularity of the game World of Warcraft on the internet, many players are being left behind in what should be called The Gold Rush. Of course the game can be played without having a lot of gold, but it definitely is difficult to do so. In World of Warcraft, gold is almost like your lifeline. Second, what is the next thing that will be made into a shortcut? Will someone figure out how to make the quests shorter but produce larger returns so that the character can continue on? What else will be bypassed? By turning World of Warcraft gold into a shortcut, what else will happen to shorten the length of time it takes the character in the game?

If one can play World of Warcraft for hours on end, then why all the hype about buying gold from another player outright? All one has to do is sit down at the game and figure out strategies in order to gain more gold, which will help other aspects of your character throughout the game. It can be thought of as one big thinking, mind game. In real life, you can't always take these shortcuts by bypassing something obvious. No, you have to deal with what you have and enable yourself to make more of what you have if you need it.

On the other hand, if you are one of those many players that have more money than time purchasing gold can actually help you get some more enjoyment out of the game. Bottom line is like with everything there is a good and a bad associated with it. World of Warcraft is no exception to this. So, to really answer the question I see all the time...Should I buy gold or not?
